"Loved this hotel in Dublin. The rooms were very clean, quiet, and nice- all slightly different in layout and design. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was awesome and in the afternoon you could have coffee, tea, and some cookies in the drawing room. Parking was available. We ended up using Uber to get around because the weather was drizzly and cold. In nicer weather you could walk to Grafton Street. Highly recommend. "

"I stayed here as my flight was 9 hours late, the last bus had left and the airport hotels were full. It was close to 11.30pm when I arrived. I asked the receptionist if he could give me some toothpaste (as it was the one toiletry item I didn’t have). He had no stocks and he referred me to the vending machines. The ones I found only had beverages and snacks. When I went to my room I discovered it didn’t have a usb port and my phone needed to be charged. I asked the receptionist if I could borrow an adaptor (I only had my Italian one). He was extremely reluctant to lend me one and I really had to grovel. He did eventually give me one. I appreciated the complementary water. This is not the best hotel to stay in when you are stranded like I was. The receptionist was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. He made no allowances for my situation. While I am Irish - I think this customer service doesn’t reflect well on the so called Irish welcome ! I paid €182.25 for a few hours (left at 8.10am). While the room was fine, the whole experience was disappointing. "

"Clean room, good restaurant, free parking. The hotel was under construction when we stayed and our room 232 was directly in front of it. Very noisy on Friday morning especially since we realized our room windows were slightly open at the top. Convenient location to airport. "
