10/10 Excellent
"We had a very nice stay at The Green Hotel in Dublin and would recommend it, with a few things to keep in mind. Our room was on the smaller side but absolutely sparkling clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were AMAZING! You know how after a trip you’re always looking forward to getting back to your own bed? I could have kept sleeping in this one! The location was excellent for exploring Dublin, with many attractions, restaurants, and pubs within walking distance. The biggest disappointment was the front desk service. While some staff were pleasant and informative, overall we found the reception team not particularly welcoming. At times, it felt like we were inconveniencing them when asking questions or needing assistance. If you stay here, I recommend requesting a room in the first tower. We had to take two small elevators to reach our room, which could be difficult for anyone with accessibility concerns. There was also a very unpleasant smell in the hallway between the elevators during our stay. Breakfast, which wasn’t included in our package, was delicious. At €25 per person, I’d recommend enjoying it occasionally rather than every day. Overall, this is a lovely, clean, modern hotel in a good location. Despite a few drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend The Green to others visiting Dublin."
