"Everything was more than expected. Great location right next door to the Hacienda Bar. Excellent quality food, superb staff and top customer service. We want to especially thank Danilo, Carlos and Renan for their utmost care. We had a very comfy and clean room. The hotel and restaurant were very lovely with unique decor. It was a great place to chill, listen to live music and dine in. The main reason for staying here again and recommending this hotel is because of extraordinary customer care and hospitality. One of the best places we’ve stayed in. We were safe around the neighborhood and felt welcomed here unlike other places in Dublin. This place will not disappoint. I highly recommend this hidden gem. "Compact but everything you need, lacked a spare pillow but everything else adequate and very modern. Bed comfy an great selection of toiletries. "

"Dirty rooms and bathrooms, additionally it was like a sauna in there. The window only opens a crack which doesn’t help. Staff was difficult to understand (I speak English) and security very rude. The common area was decent but nobody really uses it. Don’t cheap out just get a hotel room. "
