"The service from all the staff - and there is a lot of them - was perfect. Helpful, Professional, knowledgeable and engaging. The location is very central with a 10 minute walk down O'Connel street to the river. There are plenty of trams, buses and taxis outside the front door. The room was spotless and had plenty of space. No bath but the shower was huge! There is a small underground car park which was perfect for our motorbike but be warned although there is lift access from the hotel it is about 100 metres of corridors to get to reception! The public spaces are sumptuous throughout. The breakfast is as you would expect from a good hotel - full hot and cold buffet service. I would highly recommend staying here as a treat to yourself."

"We enjoyed this hotel. The breakfast was amazing every morning and we enjoyed a lot of dinners in the restaurant located on the property and they were good too. The room was clean and well maintained. It was also quiet. My husband used the work out room regularly and had no complaints. The staff at the front desk was accommodating and helped us get a cab a few times during our stay. My only complaint might be the location. It was a good 20 min walk to the city center and I wished we were a little closer. We did use the bus and the stop was close to the hotel as well as took cabs a few times when we needed to be somewhere at a certain time in the mornings. Overall, it was an excellent hotel."
