"Lovely hotel for short stay in location convenient for all tourist attractions, with plenty of bars and cafes locally. "

"I especially loved that a buffet breakfast was included in the price of my room, which is not common in Ireland. The food was plentiful and of excellent quality. The concierge showed me how to take the tram to Heuston Train Station, which was easy and only cost 2 euros, which save me a lot vs taking a taxi."

"We stayed for 2 nights. It was very busy. Checked in at the self service desk - very handy! Unfortunately our room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. But reception took immediate action. We didn’t move rooms until the next day. Gerry was exceptional in her customer service & kindness. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & made use of the Luas outside the door. The breakfasts were lovely as was our evening meal. Thank you"
