Dear Mr. Jonathan, Let me try to explain this. We received your reservation on 19th May around 1PM and from our side it was confirmed immediately. All was in right. Why you did not received confirmation from Expedia portal where you made reservation we do not know. We got reservation from them at 12:58. Why you did not get it, it is question for Expedia, not for us. We where not contacted from you to be asked to cancel the reservation. Expedia did it, but since reservation was NON refundable, we could not cancel it free of charge. At that moment we did not know for this situation. No one even informed us. For us it was regular no show. Sincerely, we are very sorry for this inconvenience. If you have a chance to visit us, you will see that we are always ready to do everything for our guests.
