The lobby of the hotel is beautiful. Not sure if the “Bar” just opened but the staff did not know how to make drinks (dirty martini) the service was also pretty slow. The walls in the hotel are extremely thin. You can hear everything in the hallways and your neighbors. No wash clothes will be given so bring your own.

Amazing hotel

Absolutely beautiful hotel that made you feel as you were on holiday, really relaxing and easy to get around. Local to regent park and 20 minute walk to Camden which is where we wanted to visit, the premium level was so worth it for the buffets of food and unlimited drinks it really made you feel leisured. The room was comfortable and quirky which we loved and they done an excellent birthday surprise in-the room for my partner. I would highly recommend you go to this hotel, the photo of the outside of the building doesn’t do it justice because the place is amazing!!!!

The size of the room is fairly large in London, and is seemingly newly renovated. The location is perfect - close to several bus stations and subway, but not too crowd and loud. With 3-min walking, I could get grocery from Tesco, and a variety choice of restaurant. We stayed in a room that is closer to the corridor, so we can hear some sort of vibration all the time in our room - the sound insulation seems not quite good. Apart from that, the bathroom partition is a bit funny - there is no proper separation between the shower and the toilet. Water would be easily leaked while taking shower, making the bathroom a bit messy & wet.
