The staff’s communication was impeccable; they messaged us on WhatsApp before we even arrived to help with check-in. "AWFUL!!! This was absolutely the worst property we stayed at on our 14 night Italy road trip. The staff gave us wrong information about parking. They unfairly charged us 46 Euro for parking in their garage when I parked my car outside in the free parking zone. After arguing my point I gave up. They accused me of lying. I’m a gold member with Expedia and traveled extensively in Europe. This property needs to be shut down. It destroyed my beautiful Romantic Belagio fantasy. The room was old with the floors falling apart. The room is cold without proper heating. If you go in the hot summer I highly doubt AC will work properly. Zero amenities offered, not even a slipper. Dirty smelly disgusting hotel. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!"
