"This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I pre-booked the room to accommodate three dogs. When we got to the room it smelled like it was saturated with weed. We asked to be moved and he said absolutely not because we had three dogs. In the morning we noticed that the smoke detector had been covered up by a plastic bag. Even the staff said we should have been moved. I told him I would give him a bad review. He said he didn't care. We got there at 10:00 at night. He told us if we didn't like it we could leave. Breakfast consisted of eggs toast and sausage."

"In my opinion the bathroom was the nicest of any hotel we have ever stayed in! The staff were welcoming and helpful. There is a parking garage behind the hotel that charged us $10.00 for our overnight stay. There is a skywalk that connects it the hotel. It was a little confusing, but that was probably just due to our age! "

"The absolute worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. Blood stains on pillow cases, walls falling apart, hair on “clean towels” and lack of a pool being available when it states there was one. Given the unsanitary conditions & pool being unavailable, we checked out early and were promised a refund by management but now, Best Western has refused. We have taken it to corporate but I would absolutely avoid this hotel at all costs. "
