"We absolutely loved our stay. From the moment we got there Laura and all the staff made sure every wish and need we had was looked after. Laura provided a very thorough briefing when we checked in about not only the rental but also about all the local places to see and eat at. All make marked on a very convenient map for us. She arranged transportation as well. We stayed in the unit with a lakefront view and it did not disappoint. Was just gorgeous. I would highly recommend this property. "The view from the hotel was outstanding and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the spa, and spent a lot of time using the facilities in between exploring the area. Our room had 2 floors and 2 bathrooms, which was great. The room decor was a little sparse and the style was very minimal. That's the only area for improvement in an otherwise wonderful hotel."
"This hotel is in the heart of the lakefront promenade. There are shops and eateries all around. I loved the lake view from my room. However, on a Saturday night it was not such a prime spot as music from a restaurant below kept me awake until midnight. In retrospect it was a small price to pay for a very special stay. "
