"Only in town for a one-night stay but plan to stay again! Quiet area near Downtown Nashville. Great location for shopping and food. Room was clean, great AC, comfy bed. "

"The room was ok the showerhead was turned out so that when you turned it on the water went straight to my face plus there was no cold water only very hot water called front desk they sent mantainence up to fix but then we had only cold water. Breakfast was good but bacon not cooked correctly. Parking attendants were awesome very nice as well as the front desk "

"Grounds rather sad and lobby, but the room was fine. Didn't stay long enough to get coffee or food. There was live music in the lobby bar. Country winners of various shows like The Voice. Right across from the park. You could see the Parthenon from our balcony. Walking to ice cream, J.Alexanders, PFChang and several others. Vanderbilt stadium was in the rear of the hotel across the back parking lot. "

"Staff was so great, our room was nice, everything was clean, the only complaint is how loud the doors shut. You could hear people coming and going at 3 AM. It is a hotel so not expecting complete quiet, but it definitely woke me out of a sleep when others would come in late. "

"Our reservation was canceled because we weren’t aware of the Hotels.com policy, and the young lady at the front desk informed us in a very rude and unhelpful manner. She showed little consideration and only assisted us with rebooking. She eventually offered a small discount for signing up, but only after giving it to another guest first. We also had to repeatedly ask staff to replenish our towels. Breakfast was at least decent."
