"Grounds rather sad and lobby, but the room was fine. Didn't stay long enough to get coffee or food. There was live music in the lobby bar. Country winners of various shows like The Voice. Right across from the park. You could see the Parthenon from our balcony. Walking to ice cream, J.Alexanders, PFChang and several others. Vanderbilt stadium was in the rear of the hotel across the back parking lot. "

She showed little consideration and only assisted us with rebooking. She eventually offered a small discount for signing up, but only after giving it to another guest first.
