"When I arrived even though I called and told them I would be checking in late .They didn't have the room I booked..Do they walked me.over to a sister property which I feel wasn't a better place..I was given a handicap accessible room which wasn't as tidy as I would've liked and had a smell..They finally moved me to another room which was alot better not great though. Since I was only staying over night I dealt with it but definitely wouldn't stay again."

"I stayed there pre-cruise because it was convenient; NCL did the checkin process at clarion. The AC was set at 68 degrees when I got to my room making is very cold. I turned it off and opened balcony door to warm it up short of turning heat on but it was very noisy due to highway next to hotel so had to turn heat on low. There was very little bedding on bed (l a light cover plus sheet) and it didn’t come up around shoulders so I had to sleep with feet at foot of bed so I could have covers around my shoulders for warmth and covering. Otherwise it was all good"

"The hotel was conveniently located and the staff was exceptional. The room was nice especially because there were no carpets on the floor. The refrigerator was not cleaned out (three ZIP Loc bags with only God knows what in them that had been there for awhile) from a previous guest and the desk needed to be wiped down but that's why I carry Lysol and Clorox wipes when I travel. The parking was plentiful and there is a Wawa right up the street. I would most definitely stay at the Sonesta again."

"The hotel was great as it provided an airport shuttle service and the room I was staying in was clean and comfortable. You can tell the building is old as there are some areas in the hallways and stairwells that were not very clean and some items lying around the floors that needed to be cleaned up. I did see one person cleaning up a stairwell area which was good to see. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good as well. Overall, I enjoyed my stay."

"First two stays was not the best but okay. My third visit; Non functiinal and noisy Ac in room had to switch rooms around 1am. Sheet very itchy and uncomfortable. The new room shower took forever to warm up. Had to use cold water so I don't run late for work. Will try exploring other places around."
