"Charged double what was quoted by you. Despite previously contacting the property in regards to travelling with dogs this became an issue at check in. Connecting rooms but connecting doors locked. Made to feel as if we were the issue. Two small rooms not the quadruple room that was booked."

"We parked our motorbike outside our room on the ground floor. Nice spacious room, but we had to run the bath tap for 10 mins to clear out the black grunge. Bathroom was good size also. We dined there and breakfasted. The bill was all mixed up, I think we overpaid slightly."
