Easy and pleasant checkin. Room is clean and lacks nothing. Bed is comfortable, showercis great, TV is great. We would have appreciated a channel guide, though. Can't comment on breakfast at this point as it's nighttime.

Excellent stay. The woman running the breakfast area deserves a medal for dealing with all the hotel guests during a busy time and remaining patient and upbeat. Kudos to her and all the staff who keep the breakfast area running smoothly.

Clean and quiet. Very bare bones though. I needed a pen and paper and hair conditioner. Nothing like that is provided. No television guide that lets you know what the shows are all about.

The air conditioner heating mode was not working well. Tried both auto and manual mode as per suggestions by the front desk but it still didnt work. It was late night and didnt want to take this further and change rooms with baby sleeping.
