"This was my second time staying at the Westin at DTW. Service was exceptional. Every employee I ran into was polite and helpful. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and comfortable here. I can't say enough about the front desk guy (wish I caught his name to give him a shout out) who helped me check in very early AM after a mishap on my end with booking online. The bed was super cozy and the room was immaculate. Would 100% stay again. "
