"The room was one of the cleanest we’ve stayed at since Covid hit. The staff was all super friendly- so friendly in fact I had to point out it was a nice change being greeted by people with great communication skills! "

"Didnt pay for the breakfast but there were so many things wrong with this hotel, I definitely will not be back. The staff were all very friendly, but also not very good at their jobs it seemed. The condition of the property is run-down. Nothing seemed to really work the way it was supposed to. The tv remote barely worked, weather was warm for our visit so we wanted to turn the AC on in our room but I guess the AC actually only turns the heat on? We kept trying to turn the ac down and the heat just kept blasting from our vents - our room was at a steady 80 degrees the whole stay - it was terrible. The next morning I headed down to the pool/hot tub around 7:05 .. (pool opens at 7) whoever was in charge of "cleaning up" had the door locked and told me to wait.. so i waited - he let me inside but i had to sit at a table & wait for him to finish up whatever he was doing with the hot tub. Once he left and said it was all ready i noticed the hot tub was absolutely filthy. A thick film floated on top of the green water. The pool was green and murky. There was trash here and there and zero towels. The whole stay was just not worth what I paid at all. "

"Our room needed some work, drawer wouldn’t stay open and not sure if they finished cleaning it. That being said everything else was great. Wonderful staff , good breakfast, good jets in hot tub. Just tighten up a little. "

"The restaurant was good - especially the blacked salmon (subbed for the chicken on a Caesar salad) and the black bean burger. The staff at the desk were always pleasant and helpful with every question regarding local and airport transportation as well as luggage storage after checkout on my last day. Once in my room, it was quiet and the showers were hot no matter the time of day!"
