The front desk gave me very helpful, simple directions to get me to the courtesy-shuttle pick up area, and the shuttle was prompt, comfortable, and convenient. The whole process was zero-stress, and the room was clean and comfortable overnight. I couldn't be happier, and I will definitely book again on my next trip. I certainly would recommend making a reservation; the hotel was full and they were turning away walk-ins the night I arrived."
