"My room was very clean and neat. Alicia checked me in and was very helpful and quick even gave brochures on places that delivered food to the hotel. Breakfast offered multiple warm options, pancakes, eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, and grits, I believe. The usual cold cereal , apples and oranges. There was a lot of road noise, not even earplugs could keep the noise down enough. I wonder if asking for a room on the back side of the hotel would be helpful. The location was easy to get to airport and interstate. A free shuttle was also offered at check in. Country Inn and Suites was near, clean and bed was comfortable. I would recommend to others."

"Breakfast was great but with only ONE staff person doing ALL the refreshing of foods the food items seemed to be out quite a bit because large groups kept on coming…food itself was EXCELLENT, freshly made real eggs, chicken sausage, hash browns, cereals with dairy AND non-dairy milks…very good coffee. The amenities were wonderful including the delicious teas set out in the evenings for all to drink. We only stayed night, and the king suite w sofa bed suited our needs. Very comfortable! This new, spotless and stylish hotel was so enjoyable and quiet. It was impressive even though it’s thought of as a businessperson’s hotel, it had a nice minimal clean line for style. The bartender, Chris, was a delightful spokesperson for the hotel and made us a perfect burger and drinks. "

"The location is ideal and they have a restaurant downstairs that has good food and ambiance. However, the plumbing was horrible and it makes it feel like the toilet was dirty. We didn’t have any views because the windows were blocked off and there is this light that is still on at night so the room is not pitch black. The light is over your head so annoying. There was a woman who was up front who didn’t look happy. I told her about the plumbing issues and she didn’t follow up with us. I would not stay here again. "

"We loved this hotel… Everything about it; safe location, proximity to Pike Place Market and downtown restaurants/coffee shops, great restaurant on site, e-bike racks nearby, friendly/helpful staff, on site parking (for a fee but worth it) and very clean and comfy rooms. We plan to stay here each time we return to Seattle. "
