"It was probably the most amazing hotel stay I’ve had in my life. The room was extremely clean, the bed mattress was so comfortable. The service was top notch. I had a room key issue and I was offered a concierge to escort me to my room. The cafe/bar in the ground floor had the best food! My service was flawless. I even had a situation in the bar where I needed to talk with management, and Mimi, the manager was excellent and understanding. The bartender even went out of his way to reconcile the evening. Thank you for making hotel stays enjoyable again! Will definitely consider Hyatts for future stays. "

"Really nice hotel with unique features. Definitely check out the Dome Room. Centrally located with a train stop right outside. Our room was pretty small, but we didn't mind. The free breakfast was a nice perk. Room service never came - not sure if we had to request it. But regardless, we had a great stay and would return again!"
