"Room cleaning was made every other day unless if requested. I learned it on my second day, and not upon arrival, so after a day out I was desapointed to see my room not clean. I asked for my room to be cleaned which was done immediately. I also asked for my room to be cleaned the next day as instructed. Well, when I came back the next day to my room after a day of walking outside in the rain, my room hasn’t been made yet. I called and requested the room to be clean and explained what happened the day before. I waited 20 min., but no one came. I went to the lobby to complain, and was told that they were going to take care of it. I waited in the bar and came back an hour later after my arrival to see a set new set of dry towels, but the room still not cleaned! I called again and requested the room to be cleaned, which was done. Since I spent most of the day outside and it rained a lot, my jeans and socks were still wet. The staff was overall nice, but made it clear that I was bothering them and that I was to be patient. I thought it was insulting! "

"Me encantó el hotel Arlo NoMad. La ubicación es perfecta, puedes caminar a muchísimos lugares en Manhattan. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy modernas, limpias y con unas vistas increíbles de la ciudad. El rooftop tiene una vista espectacular, especialmente al atardecer y de noche. El ambiente del hotel es joven, moderno y muy NYC vibe. Definitivamente volvería a quedarme aquí."

"My stay at The Lexington was over Easter Weekend and was very pleasant. All of the staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The had festivities planned for Easter Sunday. While the housekeeping staff was very friendly and willing and they lack a little attention to detail. I only had them make up my room once and they left behind empy water bottles on the table and I found a very old bottle of eloctorlye tabs under the radiator that was probably there since the marathon. There was a strong odor of pee in the bathroom that I couldn't ascertain if it wasn't from a lack of cleanliness (as the bathroom could have used a deep clean but was clean enough) or if there was an issue with the plumbing. All in all that seems a small critique as my stay was very pleasant and I would definitely stay again. "

"It’s the perfect place to stay. It’s right in the heart of the city and 2 blocks from Rockefeller. It’s very easy to see Broadway shows and the typical tourist attractions. The staff and concierge are wonderful and knowledgeable! We stayed for my mom’s birthday and they sent up complimentary macaroons and a birthday card! 10/10 recommend!"

"Very expensive $100 a day deposit that was not disclosed beforehand. The lady who checked us in was extremely rude. There was no fitted sheet on the bed, no bags in the trash cans and also no microwave. For the price we paid I expected better "
