Location was great! Very close to the Empire State Building. The room was small but clean and had everything we needed. They had free water in the lobby which was great and a small cafe off the lobby with reasonably priced snacks/fruit/sandwiches and coffee drinks. Nice and clean room. Very comfortable bed and nice outside view (even if there were other buildings blocking the view). Friendly and helpful staff and amazing location, very close to Empire State Building, Chelsea neighbourhood and other main attractions on the way to Times Square 25min). As constructive feedback, I believe luggage storage should be free for guests as it’s the case in most hotels. 1 dollar per bag is still cheap, but considering this is mostly free worldwide it would show some courtesy.
