"We were disappointed at check-in because when we got to our room, it was ready for us. We had to wait over a half hour, and we were not offered anything for our wait. Then, when we used the shower the next morning, the shower head was just stuck in the railing. The fold down seat also stuck and wouldn’t fold back up. On the other hand, the location was great. Easy in and out."

"The staff was great from beginning to end, starting with the gentleman who checked me in on arrival. He let me know that breakfast was available in the morning and gave me voucher for breakfast, food was good and when I returned to my room from being out all day my room was clean and re-done, the cleaning staff was on the ball.
