Really good staff good location , if you dont mind the noise at night its a good place to stay for the value no complaints here

I gave 3 stars just because the customer service was ok but in general it was a terrible experience. the first night we slept in a room with no window just a fan, We felt very unsafe about it, and the next night they gave is a room with ac but no window.

buenos días señora Ana para el hotel Perlatto fue un placer haberla atendido, en nuestra plataforma de Expedia esta la opción de escoger que tipo de habitación requieren según sus gustos, así como tenemos habitaciones internas sin ventanas también tenemos habitaciones con ventanas y balcones.

I've stayed at the Prado four times now. It's awesome... Do yourself a favor. Get a room with a balcony... Cuz if you don't you probably won't have a window

The room it was a good size, it is super affordable, comfortable and convenient. Definitely, I would recommend it! Simply I love it.

Wifi was only problem. Most websites seem to be blocked. YouTube Google and some others worked. Wifi in Bello is slow I noticed.

Did no like the service , when I got there , what a surprise they do not have my reservation . What an experience. The hotel is dark , the rooms they are not comfortable, no AC , Etc . I will not go there again .

EXPEDIA RESERVATION DID NOT GO THROUGH. I GOT THERE AND DID NOT HAVE A HOTEL ROOM. MY COMPLAINT IS WITH EXPEDIA PRIMARILY. THE HOTEL DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO ALIVIATE THE MIXUP.

The Wifi was real iffy. You had to be beside the room door for it to work properly ( the rooms are concrete I think and I was on the 6th floor at the end of a hall way. Could of been part of the problem )My room didnt have a shower head and you had to hold the shower door closed or water would go everywhere. There is no air conditioner. That might not be a problem for non Americans... but we like to be cold when its hot outside. There is a nice fan though. Location is great if you want to be in Bello.

Primera vez que visitaba Medellín por turismo junto a mi familia.. me gustó mucho el hotel. Las chicas de recepción y de ama de llaves fueron muy atentas y amables. Muchas gracias por cuidar de nosotros.
