Overall good service good location

Our experience in late November 2017: - early check in at 12 nn - late checkout at 2 pm - room upgrade - free wifi in room, at the pool and beach - free kids club with hourly activities - 50% off for 7-year old kid from the By the Water main menu - free hourly shuttle (except for a few breaks like during lunch) to and from Bali Collection; you can also walk or take cab for 40,000 rupiah one way to buy groceries and eat at restaurants; recommend Lesung and Bali Bangle - plenty of...

My daughter (12) loved the kids club. Staff very friendly and they play great music at the bar:-). Excellent breakfast buffet. Will come back one day.

Had a really enjoyable stay at Renaissance; service staff and cleanliness of the place were great, as was the provided hotel breakfast. Only negative was that the lap pool had some loose/broken tiles which might be a safety concern, so hopefully that is addressed by the hotel maintenance swiftly

this hotel is relatively new and all facilities are well maintained and still cleaned. Added to that, staff are well educated and provides excellent services.

Travelled as a couple. Stay there from 27th April to 30th April. Love accommodation especially the sea view suite.Clean,tidy and lovely view of the beach. Staffs there were courteous, friendly and polite especially Yudi who really made us feel welcome. Food was good though some of the local food was too spicy for us lol. Overall I would give 5 stars for the resort.

Enjoyed the stay and environment very much. We may consider getting the all inclusive pass for the next stay so that we can have access to the all the sea sports.

The best

Hotel and staff were amazing...location of the hotel was unsatisfactory at best for travelers who want to explore or check out beautiful beaches. If you're a family just wanting pool time then this is a great pick. Massages, restaurants, and shopping are all a 10 minute walk away...the view from the pool was amazing but once you reach the beach you quickly realize there is nowhere to wonder. This is a jetstar airline hotel for pilots and stewardesses so a one night stay is perfect for that...

Authentic Balinese design

The close proximity to the ocean, especially from the Ocean View Villa, with its black sand and impressive waves. Also the staff deserves a special mentioning. We had visited this resort 10 years ago when it had just opened and were pleased to see that it was well maintained, even if the age is visible.

Our stay in Alami was superb. Tucked deep in the rice padi fields, the location of the stay was about two hours drive away (consider traffic and all) from the hustle and bustle of the touristy districts of Seminyak, Kuta etc. And that's why it makes it perfect if you're looking to have a relaxing peace of mind and stay, and privacy. We arrived late in the evening at 10pm, but hospitality service from the team led by Desi was top notch welcoming us and the restaurant was quick to prep us...

We never fail to stay Mercure each time we go Sanur as it's right in front of the surf where we go surfing and fishing. Good facilities for families, though not the most posh, but it's fun and organic feeling. We will always go back Mercure Sanur.

Having had the opportunity to travel to many parts of the world. I have finally found the true 5* experience. Attention to detail. Amazing staff. Good good. Great property.
