The only complaint I have is that they allowed us to think the massage was part of the vip package then charged us for it at checkout claiming miscommunication
Hotel was bit quiet due to pandemic slowdown, service and cleanliness was good
Restaurant was not functioning, breakfast was also Ala carte which had little options.
Staff did best to facilitate with limited resources.
Overall a good experience.

Avoid and look at other hotels! Been in discussions with the hotel about getting any refund back as we're unable to travel. Hotel are making us rebook at a time were we're unable to leave our country.
Customer service is terrible and insensitive, glad we didn't visit as the sample we've had to date has been shocking.
Every other hotel/airline has provided a full refund without question. Be very mindful before committing to this place as your likely to lose your money
All inclusive was excellent!
We enjoyed local food, Italian, Indian, Chinese meals with wine.

The property was looked after very nicely. The problem I had was that I understood that the hotel had a very low room occupancy due to the coronavirus. They had to cancel some dinner buffets which I agree I donโt agree. I agreed to have all inclusive for my seven days stay there which means I was entitled to buffet every day. On Tuesday they had a barbecue outside Which we all attended at 7:00 they told me but they told other people it started at 7:30. Well approximately 725 that night all eight shaving dishes were all empty so whoever came after 720 did not have any food to eat on the buffet. If you have a buffet you must have enough food to make sure that the first person gets the same as the last person. I believe they were charging between 30 and $40 for the buffet if you were not an all inclusive member which was a lot of money to be spent window was no food to be eaten. That was just not right. A few times we went for lunch or dinner and they said that they ran out of you could say vegetables or duck or chicken or something they always ran out of. The worst thing that happened to me and my wife was when we arrived on Sunday night we wanted something to eat and the first thing they said the dinner buffet was canceled due to low occupancy so I decided with my wife to try another restaurant and they suggested to Try the Chinese restaurant which I asked where was it and they said suggested and told me it was down the street. I just got into Bali very Upset .

Very friendly staff, and perfect for children of all ages. The all exclusive deal is great value, and takes away the hassle of have to carry cash or pay any bills on checking out of the resort.
