"Exceptional property and wonderful team. The Sunny family really made sure we have the best experience in Bali. The property is down a long driveway meaning you get the best sleeps but you are also in the hub of Canggu and everything is just a quick Gojek/Scooter away. Anytime we had a question or needed something the Sunny team were more than happy to help. The villa is spacious, modern and clean. 10/10 would stay again and highly recommend "

"I don’t know where to begin with my standing ovation. My husband and I stayed for only two nights at Como Uma but our experience stood out as the best hotel we can remember staying in. The breakfast was superb, fresh, generous, and fueled us for the whole day. Our server, Adi, was beyond kind. I stubbed my toe pretty badly, and a man named Emu was at my table in under a minute to first aid my wound. I had a facial at the spa and Indah gave me the most tailored experience complete with scalp, arm and face massage. It was heaven and the products were of the best quality. The entire reception and housekeeping staff tended to our every need. Wulan was caring during check in and made sure when we extended our stay that we wouldn’t have to change rooms. She went above and beyond for me. Every detail was counted for. The bath salts, robes, slippers, glass bottled water, gorgeous gym, sunset beach location and the pools were all dreamy! Bottom line, stay here and book one night longer than you’ll think you want. Trust me. "

"Everything about the Chesa exceeded expectations. The space feels luxurious,it was spotless and well designed for comfort. The location is quiet but super close to the main road- maybe 200 steps. The real standout though is the service! Gio, Ariana, & Dhita made me so comfortable and truly made this stay special. "

Julio at the front desk was especially helpful and always had such a warm and kind smile. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and feel at home. He even offered to bring my food delivery to my room so I wouldn’t have to be bothered with coming downstairs when it arrived- so considerate! Actually, all the staff were amazing! The rooms are new, beautifully decorated, cozy, modern, and well-stocked. I even had a slight view of the ocean being on a higher floor. Everything you need in the kitchen was provided and there are multiple water machines on each floor. Location is excellent in a quieter area of Canggu and is 5 min. walking to Nelayan beach. Also, it is so close to so many restaurants, cafes, gyms, laundry, and souvenir shops as well. If I ever come back to Canggu, I will definitely be booking this place again!"
