All the staffs very professional, service very good. Room is very big, very clean and not expensive. I really love this hotel and i will recommend anymore will stay in canggu. The duty manager in front desk gave us the dinner recommendation which is the restaurant also very nice.

There are many cafes and places to eat nearby and it’s also walkable to the beach - a very busy, bustling area. I had to cut my stay short for personal reasons however the staff was kind and accommodating in helping to make this unexpected change.

My stay at the Komu was exceptional! The service was very polite, accommodating, and nothing short of excellent. The space itself was minimal yet functional and gorgeous! Hotel is New and fine. However Canggu area is not a place to bring baby, keep that in mind. Proberty New and fine, but breakfeast could be better and cleaning forget to close balcony door severel times, so we had small animals in room. We Got another and larger room, but even if this was very nice it then came with noise. Hotel could have been a 10/10, We Will rate it 7/10 as for area, breakfeast and noise.
