"It was a dump. Homeless people were at the entrance. Room stunk. Didn’t clean our room after the first night. Could not get a refund. We even tried to find a new hotel. Didn’t happen. We cleansed our hotel room with what we bought. Two stories. Would not stay on the first level with homeless people outside. Why should I request to have new towels? Staff was friendly. Bit room and area was a dump"

"Room was clean. Staff helpful and polite. Beds were new and comfortable. Continental breakfast was above average. Bathrooms were good but there were dark paint splatters on the floor and door knob from the last update. The shower caulking could have been done better- seems like they rushed through the latest update as there were visible gaps in the new caulk that can't be properly cleaned, and so they were discolored."

"Love abstracting at the Curtis! It’s a fun/different place to stay and a great location. The only side was it seemed the AC wasn’t working in the lobby area. It’s made it very stuffy and uncomfortable. However the room AC had no issues. I would stay here 100% again if going to downtown!"

"Make sure you check with the hotel what amenities are not available due to “full property” transformation. We were looking forward to enjoying the pool only to get informed the day before our check in that the pool was not available. A little too late for me to cancel (and get my full refund back) and book elsewhere. Bad timing on the management to schedule maintenance when a a major concert was going to happen a couple of minutes away, and that was one of the many reasons we booked with Sheraron Denver West. I do have to give kuddos to Christina, the Customer Service Manager at this location for helping me on an issue during my stay."

"This place is not worth your time. The pictures make it look like a decent place and I can tell you it’s absolutely terrible. First place I stayed at smelled like a carton of cigarettes. Then I switched rooms and there was no AC in it. I then asked to go back to the previous room that smelled like cigarettes, because it at least had a AC. Once I turned the lights on, roaches went running It was passed 7-8 at night, when their front office closed. Shout out to the lady who helped me (short lady with black bangs). She was extremely helpful but could only do so much. I ended up the phone with Expedia for 2 hours while all the shady and nonsense business goes down in the parking lot there. If you grew up around that type of environment it’s nothing new, but if you’re on vacation and not sure how to handle yourself incase of situation, I would not think about this place one bit. I don’t even care if you’re about that life, this place is a waste of time."

"the hotel was good ( a bit pricey for the location) and it was nice to have storefronts and restaurants nearby. We did a short stay so we didnt take advantage of much the hotel offered, but the breakfast on the weekend was much better then I'd hoped and staff was very nice."
