The staff were absolutely the nicest staff I have ever had while staying in a hotel, including The Four Seasons. This hotel, booked through an agency was too far from my destination. The front desk staff were tremendously helpful with helping me transfer to a hotel in the town where I needed to be and providing a refund. The hotel was clean. Parking was convenient.

Good location. Free parking . Nice staff. Clean and great place for what I needed for a couple of nights. There’s a charge of $35 or something like that if you want to check into your room before 4pm local time.

The suite was perfect for a week’s stay. Very clean with Full size fridge, stove, full size coffee machine etc. Prepared and ate all of our meals in the room saving hundreds. Pet friendly for our chihuahua. Will stay again next time Mike

Kitchen was equipped with enough plates and utensils to cook a meal. I only needed a pan which was provided. There was plenty of shelves for food. Staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was easy and had no trouble finding a place to park.

The hotel seems a little run down, but the room was clean. First receptionist was very friendly. The other receptionists seemed mistrusting. You need to ask for pots and pans, hairdryers, and towels. A bit of a weird vibe with permanent guests.

The hotel was fine. It's really run down, though. The couch was stained, the pillow cases were stained (and easily exchanged) and the furniture was peeling. The coffee table was worn around the edges. During this stay, the street was dark so that felt off, and the parking lot lighting couldn't make up for that, so I was highly aware of my surroundings. It's very dog-friendly, and I didn't smell "dog" when I was there. Mostly just cleaning/bleach smells. So they were trying. I'm a dog person and it seemed to be very accommodating if you need a dog-friendly space. I don't see myself staying there again, but it will just be personal preference for others.

Stayed here for a business trip. I had a separate bedroom from the sitting area. All of it was very spacious and clean. The area was quiet and I felt safe. I plan to stay here again next year when I'm in the area.

The staff was very helpful with the exception of checkout. The front desk is closed from 11pm-8am. The elevator was broken & I was on the top floor so I called to get help with my luggage & was told no one would be available until 8am. After I dragged my luggage down the stairs, the young lady at the desk asked if “he” helped me. I asked who “he” was? She proceeded to tell me she found someone & sent him up to me. How would I know that? She could have called! The room also had an odd smell but I asked for air fresheners from the front desk & it was fine. I appreciated the kitchen with full fridge & dishwasher. I also enjoyed having the gym to myself. Having a tub was also a plus.
