"Guest Service staff was helpful in checking in and arranging the Melaka River Cruise. F&B & Kitchen staff are helpful and friendly. Even though i ordered room service 5 minutes before their closing time, they agreed to cook and send it over to my room without showing sour face. Most of the time spend hanging around Melaka so i cant comment much about the hotel. The rooms are just nice to stay if you are not a fussy type whom just need a room to sleep. "I shown up at the hotel but was informed by the operator that my booking was not done prior to my arrival (despite of the confirmation of booking by email I received from Expedia a day in advance). I was declined to check in on 5/11/21 due to mitmatch of booking information between OYO and Expedia. "
