elevators were not operating at full capacity and had to wait minimum of 10 minutes every time we needed to use them. sometimes more which we then use the stairs that led to the outside of the hotel

The bathroom should be cleaned better, vanderpump hostess was a witch on 5/7, felt like they didn’t want us there.
One of the better rooms that I had stayed at, we had such a wonderful time, we would come back.
Amazing building, effiel tower restaurant was incredible except for that I booked it for a birthday celebration and they did nothing different for the birthday.
Overall wonderful trip!❤️

Fantastic location, great facilities in the room. Comfortable bed and lounge. A few problems but overall good accommodation. Main problems related to overall cleanliness wasn’t great especially the bathroom. No coffee pods although coffee machine??
