"We spent five nights in this unique hotel with a fascinating history. It is set by the River Lahn in the beautiful spa town of Bad Ems. The facilities such as the thermal pool were superb and we made full use of them. The staff could not have been more helpful, the room was really clean and comfortable and the food excellent. It is unashamedly old-fashioned but is full of character and we had a superb holiday there. Highly recommended!"

Fantastic location just next to the Koblenz Hbf and walkable to most places in town. Also very close to the river side where there is a very long walking path to enjoy along River Rhine. Nice biergarten adjecent to the Moselrad weg an near the river Mosel. Rooms are quite large, bed very comfortabel. Clean and 'green'. Would certainly go back when visiting Koblenz again. "
