"Serene location, great room and great staff. "

"Beautiful hotel! "

"Premises in 2 buildings 200 m apart. Reception and better accommodation (I presume) in one, remainder in the other. Staff members all appear to be English speaking and of Indian origin. Reception staffed by at least 3 people who claimed to have received only 1 day training in the job. Communication and Reception skills very limited. Breakfast bar reasonable but limited in variety. "Nice hotel"

"One of the very few hotels in the area with air conditioning. The hotel was located overlooking the Rhein which was lovely. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was reasonably sized and clean. Breakfast was very good."

"I really like this stop just as I am not interested in staying in Koblenz it is a good distance outside of town. It has a very nice Irish pub."

"Great rooms and staff "

"Very nice location offsite the city. Nice for families."

"Excellent stop over - very clean. "

"Comfortable room, great breakfast"

"We very much enjoyed our stay. Wonderful property located in a lovely small village just outside Koblenz. Spa and gym were very nice. Only wish the sauna opened at 7am along with the pool. The hotel restaurant is very nice but if you prefer a more traditional German dining experience consider walking into the village and visiting the restaurant there."

"Our room was not a refurbished one. My bedside light was not working, flushing the toilet was not good, the shower had a problem the wash water stayed in, the towels very old and worn out, the TV set didn’t work, the changed it when I reported it though. The staff were polite but not experienced with international guests and their bank cards. We rushed to do whatever we needed to do before it went dark, because the lights were ever sooo dim. Otherwise ok!"
