I went with my family. I really enjoyed the stay here. Was expecting some activities for kid more than current because of ssituation . Otherwise , room service is very good for any services , request for kid. Liked it. Go for it !!

A short but memorable stay
We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Sheraton Grand, Bengaluru. The Staff at the Front desk, the coffee shop, the chimes were all extremely courteous and helpful, Especially Mr Aashish, Mr Ashish from the front desk, Mr Suraj and Mr Raunak at the Chimes. Our last trip was in 2019 and this stay like the last one was an excellent experience. All due precautions were taken as were appropriate during the covid times. We wish the very best to the Staff and management of Sheraton. Keep up the good work.

Exceptional staff and hotel
True 5 star hotel, staff were exceptional. I had a small issue with the first room and they quickly moved me to another room so I was not inconienced whilst they fixed it. Location is great if you are working at the nearby tech park as it is a short 2 minute walk so no fighting the traffic. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent Business Hotel with Superb Service
An excellent stay at a world class business hotel. The attention I received was second to none and the service was excellent. I don't think you'll get this level of friendly service at any large hotel chain. A special thanks to the chefs and management at Feast and Chimes for taking care of me. A must for any business traveller in Bangalore. It's a haven and was a home away from home.

New great hotel with excellent restaurant.
The hotel is new. The food quality of the restaurants is excellent. Check-in is also well attended even 2am. However, the hotel could not get things smooth as i have 2 bookings from Sun to Wed and Wed to Thu. I was questioned 2 times that i should departure on Wed, but I did mention more than 2 times as well i have another booking during check-in. Traffic jam is the biggest problem around Whitefield.

Teething troubles but service oriented
The perks of this hotel is that it’s obviously brand new - having opened in April 2018 and obviously bang in the middle of the IT corridor of Whitefield Bangalore. The cons are that the hotel’s hard product has quite a few teething problems to overcome. As I checked in to my room on the 8th floor - having booked a suite room with a terrace balcony - I was told there is no access to the balcony due to safety issues. There was close to a 45 minute power blackout at night and I had to go down to the front desk to inform them of the same. Though they got the lights working in some time - the TV was on the blink till the afternoon next day. The Club Lounge is not yet opened and this wasn’t mentioned anywhere - in fact , it was explicitly mentioned on the website as a usage perk for club guests and above. On the positive side, the hotel has some some wonderful staff - very service oriented and professional - and always willing to interact and make good conversation. The food is really good and geared towards Indian and international palates. In room dining is decent - though they did get really late once - but were quick to comp the entire bill. My verdict would be to give the hotel some time to get their hard product sorted out and hope the staff can maintain their service standards once the hotel starts getting higher occupancies
