"The atmosphere with all the Christmas decorations and the lit trees outside the hotel. My daughter and I enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms, the warm comfy beds (like sleeping in a cloud), daily water and biscuits in the room, the shopping, and the incredible breakfasts.
