Room we had was very spacious and clean! We went during the heatwave and there was no AC but luckily there was a fan for us to use at night. Water pressure of the shower was also great with shampoo and body wash. Great view of the water and unique tide that comes in everyday. Also in perfect walking distance of all the shops and pubs. Also a good spot to walk to the two different forts in Kinsale."
