"Good stay."

"Nice clean spacious room, the shower is lovely proper power shower, massages your back. My only complaint is that the food wasn’t great. Vegetarian food is placed around meat and people don’t care so everything was cross contaminated. I ended up having to get to dinner 1st at 7:30pm, just so I could eat. If you eat meat then the hotel is a blast perfect stay, if you don’t eat meat and like a decent breakfast & dinner then I would avoid the hotel until they place vegetarian dishes aside, on its own. All inclusive drinks list is alright, cocktails are limited but they do shots so that was nice. Location of hotel isn’t perfect, okay if you just want to take walk up to the beach or strip but old town is a 40 min walk so you may want to stop for a drink (or two!) on the beachfront. If you do struggle to talk or any conditions then please find a different hotel. Staff were incredibly friendly, especially the two men in the indoor bar. Will likely go back to Sandos when I come back to Benidorm as better location and food, but BCL was alright. Not bad, not great, alright. All rounder, 7/10."

"In general the stay was good value for money. However the hotel would do well to improve if it could provide more than one tv channel available in the main entertainment room. We and many other guests were watching an important football match and it was half way through when the channel was switched over by the entertainments manager who said that another guest had asked him to do it earlier. Despite protests from the vast majority of watchers it was switched over to suit the request of one person. It was unfair to the majority. We left the building to watch at another hotel. "

"DO NOT stay here unless you want a dose of food poisoning!!!! This is no way a 4 star hotel. Three of us on the first day went down for dinner in the hotel restaurant. We ate at 9pm and by 9.30 pm we were all vomiting. Seems a coincidence!! By 1am we were so ill we had to get a doctor to come out and give injections to stop the vomiting and diarrhea. Spent the next day in bed and it came to our attention that lots of people in the hotel were ill. When we spoke to reception they denied any issue and told us it was stomach flu!! We never ate in the hotel again and had to spend extra eating out. Staff also in the hotel were very rude - as if trained to be so!!! Everything a bother to them and a big attitude. Lifts so slow and one broken for a few days. The list could go on and on and on. This placed should be inspected by health and safety. Terrible."

"Room was small but bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was good but would have like the floors cleaned. Breakfast was ok but very limited only had 2 different fruits and yogurt some days. Didn't have a very regular supply of breakfast foods. The receptionist was not very friendly."
