When we arrived, the receptionist kindly offered my partner and me a complimentary drink at the bar to celebrate our anniversary, which was a lovely touch. Throughout our stay, the doormen and lobby staff were consistently polite, always offering help and wishing us a great day. On the day of checkout, the gentleman at reception also extended our checkout time, which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel—everything was perfect from start to finish."

"check in great i had a bad check in experience. bout 18 months ago when a jobs worth on reception said i needed photo ID??????? I pointed out I was a british subject & resident to no avail. I complained to radisson who said i would get a discount on my next stay. I never saw a discount and don’t care The positives Check in this time was great the check in Guy was very welcoming I think he’s name was mathew. I requested if he had a room at bank if hotel as it was less noisy he kindly obliged. through no fault of his own the room had little to no Wi fi the hotel offered to change rooms but I couldn’t be bothered to pack up my case to much fuss. Perhaps in future rooms with dud wifi should flag up on check in staffs screens to avoid. New dec rooms very nice comfortable although the hanging lighting the middle of the bed was very odd could be a hazard with people hitting there head on it. Otherwise nice looking room. "
