"We didn't like the first room we were given but the manager immediately gave us a different room which was much better. She was very friendly and clearly was doing her best to satisfy us. We very much appreciated her efforts."

"A once fabulous hotel started to age. While things are okay, many items could be repaired or updated. Lightbulbs vibrate and hum loudly in the room. One of them was so loud that I could not dare to keep on. Else the carpets in the elevator need replacement. The bath tub ranks in the most slippery category and felt dangerous, the shower curtain refuses to move, and the tub does not drain well. Calls to reception are not being answered and staff is absent during checkout causing 15min delays."
