She made new keys and came upstairs to make sure they worked. Lady from housekeeping on our floor greeted me, asked if I needed anything. Asked her about a blow dryer. Instead of telling me to go to the front desk, she said she would get me one. Again with a big smile and positive attitude. Great experience....
