There was absolutely no staff
Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive

Brilliant location for accessing Chinatown, shopping options, and the light rail that connects to everything. Disappointed in the room servicing on the weekend but was able to get enough towels to see me through my stay. Will definitely stay there again but please do a better job servicing the rooms.

The property is really clean and in a nice location across from the beach . The only thing that ruined it for us was people smoking on the balconies which do have no smoking signs on them . We wanted to relax with a nice glass of wine and enjoy the view but had to go inside as the smoke was drifting ...

I reckon every time house keeping comes in they should replace towels and sheets , as we stayed for more then 3 nights and noticed the first time they came in they used the same sheets. We knew it was the same sheets because we took them off the first night and left it on the floor and we came back ...
