"The stay was terrible. They weren’t in office when I tried to check in and then the room I was in smelled so bad in the middle of the night due to someone cooking in the break room and the smoking. They gave me a hard time about switching to another room. "

"The front door was locked with a note that said, will be back at 6:00 PM. That was at 1:30 the day of a funeral I needed to be at , at 2:00. I wanted to shower and get dressed by 2:00. I had to change outside in a parking lot behind a dumpster down the road. When I called to cancel my reservation the guy gave me a bunch of SH@T about I signed the agreement , and check-in was not till 2:00. Check-in may have been 2:00, but the front door should have been open. No one answered the door when I pounded on the door, no one was in the building at 1:30. He was on on the premises when he called me back at 2:00. I have disputed the charge to my VISA card. And told VISA what happened on a recorded line."
