"We arrived at airport almost midnight; called hotel for shuttle which came promptly; hotel is less than five minutes away. Hotel staff helped my very elderly mother and I with our suitcases up to our room. The beds were very comfortable, the room clean , quiet and dark, had everything we needed. My mother enjoyed the breakfast they provided the next morning. I, myself, don’t eat hotel food. We’ve stayed there twice now, arriving very late both times, and had a very good experience. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The rooms were faded, worn, and lacked the kind of luster that would be deserving of the price. The worst “fine” dining experience I have ever had. They cheated me."

"Most importantly the room was clean, however it could use some TLC. Walls were scuffed and chipped paint. There was some mildew in the shower. The shower head fell off but was able to screw it back on. "

"This hotel was fantastic! I've been a fan of 21c for years, and this one does not disappoint. Everything about the visit was easy. The room was clean, well-appointed, and designed for ease. The art was interesting and I liked feeling immersed in it every time I walked in. There is seating throughout the hotel that invites you to slow down, spend some time with the art and relax. They have reusable water bottles and water bottle filling stations on each floor. The staff were great too. We had dinner at The Hive restaurant, which was delicious and the staff were superb. We really enjoyed Wyatt, with whom we had a great conversation, and gave local flavor to our visit. It was the perfect place to spend 3 days. "

"There was hair in the shower, the popcorn ceiling was falling off, and the pool was very dirty/cloudy. The breakfast was good though and everyone was nice! "
