"The hotel location is great. The housekeeping is daily, which is also great. They were responsive with towel requests. The breakfast has excellent options. All day coffee and tea! The only part for us lacking was the check-in. We arrived at 12pm. We had flown at 6am out of NY. When we arrived we left our bags as no rooms were available. When we returned a few hours later there were two people at the desk. The woman didnt speak with us, acknowledge us or help us, but helped people behind us while we waited for the gentleman who had told us earlier to come back in a few hours. He didn’t remember us and we went through check in all over again. "

"Parking was easy. Only dealt with front desk personnel. Very thin floors, I could hear everything from room upstairs. On a busy street, rooms facing street very very noisy."
