Overall, we had a good stay as it was very convenient to anywhere. Only downside, the room is quite dark as lightngs were limited. There was no closet and the hanging hooks were not enough, room had many empty walls, should consider put up more hooks.

Overall good experience and great breakfast include! All the staff was very polite and great. Also a very great location to get around the city center. Only thing is they definitely need to work on some of the technology aspects: specifically the thermostat didn’t all for the heat to be turned off in my room and the internet cable to the tv was frayed/jerry rigged to the tv; therefore, I couldn’t cast from my phone to the tv when I wanted to wind down for the evening before bed.

Fabulous location, close to everything by walking, 10 min to shops. Fish market, old Bryggen, restaurants, port. The hotel is nice, well decorated and good amenities. The breakfast was included and it was good.

Good hotel in short walking distance to harbor area and restaurants. Single room was extra small in comparison to other hotels I stayed in Norway. I asked to extend my stay because of bad weather but because of VERY dynamic pricing I decided against it, the price almost doubled in comparison to original booking I made two days prior.

Great location and delicious breakfast. The room 306 is good with balcony but for solo person. If two it would be crowded as room is small. They don't have restaurant. But Bergen is not cheap. The regular fast food from kiosk is about $30. Ordering Wolt delivery will be the same. So, Norway is not cheap destination to travel to if you are in budget

A solid choice

Comfortable, very conveniently located and great breakfast. The first room I was given faced a busy road and was right across from an office full of people. I asked if a switch was possible and they were very accommodating. I even got an upgrade. No complaints!
