Our family of four (older children) stayed in an apartment with 3 bedrooms and it was perfect. We had our privacy and ability to sleep to start our days of exploring Bergen!

This hotel was just like it’s name Magic. Was amazing! Location was right in front of waterfront. The view was amazing. Staff were super nice and helpful. Everything was walking distance. Breakfast was a plus. Highly recommend

Harbour view
I would certainly book here again. Great location and price. The breakfast had plenty of choices and the staff are super friendly. The harbour view was also stunning

Location perfect, staff great, decor very nice and stylish, room spacious and clean and again stylish. Only reason i didn't give 5 stars were, bar closes on sundays which for an international hotel is not right, but I respect their choices. towels were of a 2* hotel standard, thin and small, not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard.

I stay in Bergen frequently but this was the first time at the Magic Hotel - This hotel was so much better than I’d expected- fabulous location with a short walk to the harbour, shops and restaurants. Lovely friendly staff, breakfast was amazing so much choice, will definitely be back.

Great hotel in a perfect location with a nice breakfast and bar. Parking a bit of an issue, but we managed. Right in shopping & dining section. Easy to jump on Fjord Cruise boats.

The property was very well maintained. Clean and neat. It is at a very convenient location right next to the harbor with a good night life and good dining options. Took out one star because the pull out bed did not have any pillows and covers. Went down and informed the front desk. The guy there said he would bring it up and never did. We had to use the sheets from the other bed as cover for pull out bed. Otherwise good experience, good location

Property was in a great position. Unfortunately the style seemed to be extreme minimalist, or perhaps it’s a new style, called ‘inconvenience’. Nowhere in the shower to put soap etc other than the floor, no bench space around sink to put any toiletries, not enough fall in the open shower so water goes everywhere, open racks were our closet. The room was clean, and spacious.

The housekeeping didn’t clean very well. 3 people in our room, not enough towels left. No bedding for extra bed was left. Had to go to front desk as they kept taking things away.

Leil 3 was a great 3 bedroom apartment adjacent to the hotel with laundry facilities on site (bring your own detergent, no cost to operate). Apartme t was outfitted with stove, microwave, dishes, pots and pans and cutlery, and a small fridge. The only detractor, the shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor, and we needed more towels to act as a dam and keep water from leaking undernthe glass and out the opening into the rest of that bathroom (improperly graded drain). Excellent proximity to airport express bus and norled ferry terminal mean easy acess fir arrivals and departures.

The bar and restaurant were just opening and somewhat disorganized. Both were closed one day due to staffing issues. I’m sure this will improve as they get organized. Otherwise, a good hotel in an excellent location close to the waterfront.

This property is located above a nightclub which is below the second floor on the harbor side. If you are staying on the harbor side make sure you are not on the second floor unless you enjoy the sound of technopop blasting until 3AM. One of the most miserable hotel experiences of my life. Hotel does have a good breakfast.

We stayed in one of the apartments. It was super clean. We noted that the set up is one we’d have particularly loved when our kids were younger - three bedrooms, kitchen etc. Excellent location - easy walking distance to everything. The balcony was nice too. Someone was having a loud party nearby, but once we closed the balcony door and windows, we couldn’t hear them anymore.

Fantastic Location
We loved the location of the Hotel Apartments. The Apartment was very clean and had just what we needed for our stay. The hotel lobby is adjacent to the Apartment entrance and they were always staffed and happy to help.

Beautiful area if you are traveling from US not good idea with wireless key when there is no WiFi connection to connect and download the app that you need. First time in a city and wireless key not smart. If you live in Europe or Norway use to all this technology yes good idea. Traveling with kids not a good idea.

In order to stay here I had to find the other hotel which ended up being blocks away. Couldn't figure out where the hotel was. The young man at the cell phone store downstairs helped me out. Granted the guys at the other hotel I had to walk to were great but it was just confusing and a very off set up

Best view from private terrace! Conveniently located and close to everything, walking distance to train station and ferry just across the street. The room was nice and clean with a huge bathroom. The things we didn’t like were absence of a lobby, you literally walking in through a supermarket, contactless check in didn’t work and we had to get the key cards across a street in a parent hotel. The terrace wasn’t clean and had corks and cans left from previous guests. Property is under renovation.

The property doesn’t exist. The whole building is boarded up. I want a refund. I tried to call the number provided multiple times. No one responded because it’s not a real place. I want my refund now. Expedia needs to verify partners. You are responsible. Fix it. Give me my refund. F the “no refund policy” for a place that doesn’t exist. Give me my money back. Now
