Staff was friendly and helpful, I appreciated the consideration of only cleaning every few days of your stay (while replacing towels and water), and the location was very convenient for the airport bus and shopping. The top floor bath and onsen is too fogged up to see from, the but the relaxation room afterwards was great for looking over Odori park.

This hotel is positioned at a very opportune location, with easy access to transportation (Namely the Chuo Bus and the Hokuto Bus stops that are right outside, and the close proximity to the Sapporo Station) and tons of nearby dining options.

Sayer only one night before the flight out of Hokkaido but enjoyed convenient and picturesque location (right on the Odori Park and 5 min from the Sapporo TV Tower). Nice safe area with dining and shopping within walking distance and buzzing with evening activity in the Odori Park. Recommended for exploring Sapporo or if you just have one night to get the taste of the city. Room was adequate and the bathroom clean. Very nice lobby and easy interaction with staff.

It was the most perfect venue for visiting the 2021 Olympic marathon, which was a purpose of my visit. It was actually on the course at Odori Park. I also liked the spa.

Airport bus right in front of the hotel and easy to access to the subway station. If you reserve the basic room you will get a small room and bed. The hotel is clean and the public bath is good,on the top floor, nice view.

Room was small but very clean and comfortable. Staffs were super nice! Location is very convent to the train station; just a block away. Easy access to local store and shopping areas. Due to the snow Festival period when we were there; local restaurants tend not serving foreigners; so that was a bit disappointed but understandable!

I stayed for three nights. At first, I felt disregarded because I couldn’t speak Japanese or English, and the staff seemed to ignore me. The first room I was given faced a wall and had loud construction noise, which left me with an unpleasant first impression of Sapporo. After quite some time of hesitation, they eventually changed my room to one on the 12th floor right in front of the elevator, with a slight view of the park. It was also convenient to borrow women’s amenities such as a hair dryer, and I was able to enjoy a comfortable three-day stay. The park right in front of the hotel made traveling very convenient. If the initial staff attitude and the delay in changing the room were improved, I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

The room was very clean, the staff were super nice during my entire stay. The hotel smelled really nice in general. There are only 2 washing machine/drying machines so you might have to wait a bit to do your laundry.
