The hotel was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Sapporo. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely love this hotel, I would love to stay again. Room was pristine and there were so many amenities! The beds were very comfy. The public bath was very clean and nice as well. It was so relaxing staying here, hopefully we will be seeing you again! Thank you!

Staff was friendly and helpful, I appreciated the consideration of only cleaning every few days of your stay (while replacing towels and water), and the location was very convenient for the airport bus and shopping. The top floor bath and onsen is too fogged up to see from, the but the relaxation room afterwards was great for looking over Odori park.

The room was very clean, the staff were super nice during my entire stay. The hotel smelled really nice in general. There are only 2 washing machine/drying machines so you might have to wait a bit to do your laundry.

We stayed for 1 night and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had an Economy twin room, which was surprisingly large, which we loved, as we had a lot of luggage. There is a spa here that closes at 2am that people like. Unfortunately, you’re not allowed to use it if you have tattoos, so I personally could not go to it. The location is convenient, right near the clock tower and Odori park. There is also a shuttle that runs from the hotel to the New Chitose Airport, and it is only 1300 yen. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come to Sapporo.

Right across the street from Odori Park, it is within walking distance to the Sapporo TV Tower and the shopping district. The room itself is exactly as the pictures show, and the top-floor spa is excellent with a great view, all the spa amenities, and free water and popsicles for cooling off after a nice soak in the bath. New spa clothes and towels are provided every day, so you are always able to feel fresh and relaxed. The staff is also extremely helpful, and the amenities provided were great. I had mistakenly left some jewelry in my room, and when I contacted the hotel afterwards, the staff found it and shipped it to my next destination without any trouble. Highly recommended!
