Our family of 5 spent 10 days in Norway and wanted to spend our last night in Bergen near the airport. Check-in easy, staff polite, rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet before heading to the airport.

Very busy hotel, especially at breakfast time. Lots of variety to choose from. Rooms were spacious and clean. It is imperative to walk with eye shades for sleeping because the Sun doesn’t set and the curtains still allowed light into the room. Dinner host and servers were quite rude and refused to even acknowledge us as we waited to be seated for more than ten minutes, while they walked up to their cash register four times, which was right in front of us. Parking can be tight especially for bigger vehicles.

I wasn’t happy to have to pay for parking at this hotel. The Expedia add said there was a shuttle which was incorrect. The rooms were fine, beds very comfortable. Front desk staff was excellent and so was the breakfast they offered

The property location is close to airport and very convenient if you have a rental car or are okay walking 5-7min to public transportation. The hotel is close to Grieg’s house and Laguna Mall. The kids missed breakfast due to time zone and Anika went above and beyond to fix a travel box for the kids. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful of families. Thank you!

We drove from Oslo to Bergen on June 24th and we arrived late at the hotel almost 2 am. We were assisted and accommodated by the hotel staff really well. Can’t remember the names of those two ladies , they were very respectful. Finding the hotel was a little bit confusing maybe because we were already tired from the long hours of drive. The hotel itself is situated to a hilly area that’s why we were able to see it from a far. All the staff of this hotel were very nice and friendly, exceed our expectations. The breakfast was awesome so many choices to choose from . The hotel is 30-45 mins by train from the city of Bergen. The train station is less than 10 mins walk to the hotel , and that’s not a big deal to us. Although there’s ongoing infrastructure to this nearby hotel, the surrounding area itself is walkable and quiet. We had a rental car, but we parked it throughout our stay in the hotel, we chose to travel by train to Bergen because it’s cheaper. And parking fees in Bergen is pricey. Besides that, the commute to Bergen by train is fast. Over all, we had a great time staying in Bergen together with the hotel that we stayed in.

Standard room same as most hotels, Personale were extremely helpful, if a problem occurred it was fixed extremely quickly, Breakfast was a of extreme quality, and plenty for everybody, Secure parking within the bowels of the hotel somewhat expensive, but better safe than sorry.
