Good base for visiting Brussels, Ghent and Brugges. Local restaurant/bar the Café Exter well worth a visit. Plenty of local parks for a gentle stroll. Thoroughly enjoyable break."

Hotel location is ideal plenty of public transport options around and just the right distance to the city centre (around 15 min walk). "We only stayed over night as a stop off. Having read other reviews i wasn’t sure what we would find. However we couldn't find fault. The room was clean and i liked the fact it had a separate internal door which made it really quiet. Bed was comfy the sofa bed not so comfy but ok. The kid's loved the
